Challenge: Client had 1.1 million in wireless cell phone spend between 2 carriers. Client had limited experience and time to manage the billing, MAC’s, procurement and policies. They knew there were savings available, but did not know how to achieve.

Solution: BlueSky engaged a wireless optimization and Telecom Expense management (TEM) partner to review all the bills, clean up the data, and propose a managed service to address all the requirements

Impact: Our optimization partner found 670k in annual savings, or over 70%. This was a combination of non-usage, wrong or outdated plans, data overages, and extra charges such as insurance and voice mail which were not required. The client chose to use a portion of the savings toward a managed services that would optimize the accounts monthly, provide procurement/ order for devices, and have 24/7 help desk.
